Another scumbag protected by our idiot legislators

The Federal Trade Commission, the Washington State Attorney General and the Washington Licensing are such a joke and so the harassment for continues.

Isn't calling before 8:00AM a violation of federal law?

Now they call at 6:00AM on Friday March 12, 2010 and the harassment begins again with the multiple lies, multiple hang ups.
Jessica "I must be calling from multiple numbers and hangs up on me over an over"
Erika "Refusing to answer the question as to why they continue to call, resulting in multiple hangups"
Jessica "Asked for my name and then hangs up when I don't provided it"
Then multiple hang ups over an over.
When I call and ask for the name of the individual I am speaking with they hang up.
Chelsea, Jessica and many others say to me "my number has been removed " but in the same breath say to me "your number is not in our system" the calls still continue and they are simply liars.
Erik "says that there must be somebody has been forwarding there telephone me for the last eight months because they don't have the number in their system" and then launches into how they are attempting to help me and so on.

This happened before 6:30AM this morning, March 12, 2010.

Adrian "threatened to continue to call because he claimed he could't see the telephone in front of him on his caller ID" even though I don't use caller ID blocking. Who is lying?
Christina "refused to transfer me to her supervisor and already hung up multiple times"
Erika "refused to to transfer me to Adrian, after Adrian just hung up on me, then she hung up on me"
Called back and Erika hung up again"
Arron, hung on me when I asked "what they were going to do to stop the calls"
Erika got offended and hung up on me
Christina "Calls me a liar; saying that they never called"
Margie "blames me for the telephone calls" and hangs up. Must be my fault for having a telephone. Multiple employees Refuse to identify themselves
This is all because the number is not associated with ANY account yet they will not discontinue the calls.

Jessica, hung up on me when I told her "I did not have an account to give her". Apparently if you don't have debt in collections they can stop the calls and our legislators, in the infinite stupidity, failed to add guidelines for this.

Unknown person at Vision Financial Corp, refused to identify themselves, and told me that they are trying to reach an M. Ferguson, which is what shows up on caller ID so they again lied, and told me that Vision Financial Corp will not stop calling me even after you openly admitting that you calling the wrong number and they are actually looking for Vin Tron who resides in Illinois, one of these scumbags provided not only his name but the last address and a different telephone number for him. All violations of insufficient law they had written for them to hide behind.

VFC continues to hang up me.
