Called and called and called every other day beginning December 11, 2009, claiming that I was forwarding calls from another telephone number, that they never called me, that I was confused and my telephone number was not in their system and on and on and on..... They hung up, called and complained claiming I was harassing them and on and on and on. The only way I could stop the calls was to pay for a call reject feature, in other words, the calls were stopped at my expense on January 17, 2010.

Called and called and called once or twice a week beginning January 23, 2010 AGAIN, claiming that I was forwarding calls from another telephone number, that they never called me, that I was confused and my telephone number was not in their system and on and on and on..... They hung up, called and complained claiming I was harassing them and on and on and on. These assclowns have called our home telephone, our cell phones previously. The calls continue AGAIN.

It appears that I have to correct this post. I just got off the telephone with John Cumbo and was pleasantly surprised. RMS took responsibility for this error and used this as an opportunity to correct the problem and prevent this from happening in the future.
