The latest from the WA DOL: March 31, 2010

I get a telephone call on March 31, 2010 from these folks claiming they want to lend a hand. I call bullshit on this. The people are rude and think they are somehow doing me a favor six months after this harassment began. The caller told me they couldn't investigate the thousands of complaints about these assclowns made by others on-line; many aren't able to readily identify these companies, and how they, the WA Department of Licensing, could have these assclowns remove my number, search for my number, and how these dialers were legal and so on.

I attempted to explain what was happening and kept getting interrupted and eventually just hung up the phone. They wanted to know about Mercantile and Vision Care. When they want to listen, call and listen.

How many reading this have been told over and over that these assclowns can't search by number? How many times have I heard it from these assclowns??? But now the WA Department of Licensing can make them do it and remove the number. What a crock of monkey shite. Maybe the WA DOL doesn't enjoy reading this and maybe since I posted the company's information people can now find out who they are and are now complaining.

That is what my access logs show.

Debt Collectors

Sadly, there are many types of scumbags in the world. Debt collectors are a major problem when they continue to call after they know they have the wrong number and wrong party. Worse yet, the Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General, Department of licensing are each badly played jokes on the American people; they are unable and unwilling to stop the harassment. Current the laws protect the rights of the debt collector at the expense of the individual being harassed.

The senate and congress hosed every US citizen that does not have any debt in collections because it does nothing to differentiate between a legitimate attempt to collect a debt from an individual that actually owes the debt from harassing those that are not related to the debt in any fashion; even going so far as to make harassment legal. Our legislators screwed us yet again.

As they call, I will list those that continue to call with all their informations others can easily identify them as the harasser.
